Excessive cleaning:
In the event, we find your property with required excessive cleaning (spending
more time to clean), we would charge you an excessive cleaning fee from €25 to
€100 (depending on surface of excessive cleaning to do). You will have up to 5% allowance for free (40
cleanings with regular workload would give you a credit of 2 excessive cleaning
for free). Any hairy animals, please add
a 20% surcharge (including contractual rate).
Construction cleaning is not excessive cleaning, please see our
construction cleaning hourly rates.
Above rates are indicative and based on most flats and houses in Malta; however, if such surface and/or specs do not match your subject property as every property may be slightly different, you may request for us to do a trial regular cleaning (billed by the actual hours spent) in order to set more fairly a contractual rate according to your subject property. In Such case the trial-out regular cleaning will be billed at a rate of €10/hr. per cleaning staff needed (depending on the actual time-frame between check out and new check in for that trial regular cleaning).
